                        Through a moving meditation practice called Qigong

Why Practice Qigong?

Qigong is relaxing, plain and simple. And since we know that at least 70% of all disease is stress-related, perhaps that is the best reason to give it a try, so that you can take charge of your own health and wellbeing. This ancient practice is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, which states that we have a vital force, or Qi, (aka Chi, pronounced chee) flowing through us, and when this energy becomes blocked, stagnant or deficient, we suffer poor health. However, when our Qi is abundant and flowing freely, we feel wonderful! Since the purpose of doing Qigong is to help gather, circulate and balance the flow of Qi, it is perhaps one of the most effective techniques available for improving our physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual wellbeing. My Qigong practice has helped me greatly to heal from chronic pain, fatigue and depression due to Fibromyalgia and PTSD, and I believe it can do the same for you.
